Project Management
Reliance Technology Specialists provides Project Management Services and Wellsite Supervision to a variety of clients ranging from large Major Oil Operators to smaller Independent’s. RTS can and currently has personnel provided to our clients on both full-time and/or a project-by-project basis. This includes office engineering, general wellsite supervision, and specific project/product field installation. Listed below are some of the services we currently provide.
- Specialized Well Installations – RTS has provided wellsite supervision for many different types of “specialized well installations”, primarily new product or new configuration applications. These vary from drilling through completion, both retrievable and permanent.
- Customized Well Performance Monitoring – RTS has designed and supervised several different methods of “customized and innovative” well monitoring configurations with both traditional pressure/temperature tools as well as more unique fibre optic installations.
- Vendor Qualification & Review – Vendor qualification and evaluation is an integral part of any project, particularly custom and complex installations. With a wealth of experience from the service provider sector, RTS has the ideal skill set to effectively qualify vendors for virtually any well site operation.
- FAT’s, SIT’s, CWOP’s – As a standard in the overall QA/QC process, RTS can organize, oversee, and manage these processes.
- Completion Design and Wellsite Supervision– RTS has and can provide engineering personnel skilled in completion technology, completion processes, and practical experience. Our personnel work closely with each operator to outline goals and manage each project to the level and depth desired by that client.
